In case of any conflict between these Website Terms of Service and a specific Service Agreement, the terms of the Service Agreement shall prevail regarding the services covered therein.

2. Permitted Use of Website & Prohibited Activities

PLS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for informational purposes and to inquire about our services, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Site.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers or networks used to make the Site available.
• Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device to retrieve, index, "scrape," or "data mine" Site content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Site.

The Site provides informational descriptions of our services. The actual scope, deliverables, fees, and terms for any service engagement are exclusively governed by a separate, written Service Agreement executed between PLS and the Client.
